• Participated in Hackensack Meridian’s due-diligence process to identify the mutual benefits of a proposed merger with Carrier Clinic
• Completed a brief functional analysis of Carrier Clinic’s behavioral health services, including providing an expert opinion on its strategic fit with Hackensack Meridian’s Behavioral Health Care Transformation Services.  Specific tasks included:
  • Assessment of the overall quality of the CC medical Staff
  • Review of Carrier Clinic’s existing operations and service delivery system
• Provided a detailed report of recommendations utilized by the Healthcare System’s Board in approving the merger.
