SENIOR PARTNER

Nancy Saxton-Lopez is a Senior Partner with Clinical Services Management (CSM). She serves as an organizational and workforce development leader, designing and managing training projects and Employee Assistance Programs. Ms. Saxton-Lopez is the former Program Manager of Acute Services of Behavioral Health for Morristown Memorial Hospital. She has developed and managed crisis intervention services and programs for several leading hospitals in the northern region of New Jersey.  She helped to develop a Short-Term Assessment and Treatment (STAT) model of extended crisis services that has been used as a model in psychiatric screening centers and emergency services. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Saxton-Lopez has managed an extended continuum of inpatient, crisis and outpatient services for community-based health care organizations. Ms. Saxton-Lopez is an accomplished and experienced speaker, trainer and coach. She has designed and provided multiple personnel and management development trainings and seminars within the healthcare field, as well as other industries. Specific management and staff development trainings include:  cultural diversity, workplace violence, conflict resolution, team building, performance management, etc. Ms. Saxton-Lopez speaks on a variety of mental health topics and has been instrumental in organizing conferences and seminars. 

She is a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Diplomat in Clinical Social Work as awarded by the National Association of Social Workers. Ms. Saxton-Lopez is a graduate of New York University School of Social Work and has a Certificate in Family Therapy from the New Jersey Center for Family Studies.  She has over twenty-five years of experience in behavioral health, working with multiple populations.
