• Provided intensive evaluation of state psychiatric hospital and surrounding community system of care
• Provided expert witness testimony for the Defense in DOJ lawsuit against G.P. Woods State Hospital regarding discharge planning and provision of appropriate community services
• Coordinated on-going evaluation for a ten year period of time with the Florida Office of the Attorney General
• Provided multiple assessments of services during the closure of the state psychiatric hospital continuing after the hospital closed.
• Reviewed closure process and nature of community services as they progressed toward greater fidelity to a Recovery and Best-Practices Model
